I have to say that I haven’t very often experienced such a high level of customer service. I was waiting for something to bring it down to a mediocre reality. But in the end (the team led by Harj Bharaj at 15150 32nd Ave. in Surrey) exceeded my expectations. He even told us the best place to get a trailer hitch for our bike rack, and then installed it for us at no charge! So now we have a car that is completely fixed, looks new again and has a hitch. From the first phone all the service really was above and beyond! Every person I talked to was friendly and professional. When I delivered my car for repairs there was a clean courtesy car waiting for me. Staff in the office were dressed professionally and dealt with me in the same way. There is a sticker on the back of my courtesy car from your firm regarding your company’s many awards for excellence in customer service. Now that I have been a customer I can see that the rewards are well earned. The quality of service from your Delta location has been first rate.
